Georg Huith specialises in construction and procurement law. He focuses primarily on infrastructure construction projects and non-residential construction. He is also a specialist in area development. He has extensive experience as a counsel in major disputes, both in the civil courts and various arbitration institutes. Georg also advises on the drafting of contracts for construction projects.

Georg enjoys working as a team, liaising closely with his clients. When possible, he is constructive and focused on solutions, but is resolute and determined when it matters. His wide-ranging knowledge of the sector and the law proves particularly useful when complex construction processes threaten to grind to a halt. He is not afraid to offer his advice. This is why he is often regarded as a ‘trusted advisor’.

In August 2018, Georg joined the team at Croon advocaten, where he will be able to specialise even further in this niche.
